Delipu Europe is the European sales and service organisation for bag-making machines from Zhejiang Delipu Intelligent Manufacturing. The plant has built bag-making machinery for over 20 years, has developed in-house since 2005 and has produced in a new smart factory since 2025.

How the plant developed
2002
Founding
Started as Haining Zili Packaging Machinery Factory under founder Mr. Xu, initially building simple packaging machines.
2005
In-house development
Establishment of an own research and development department. From here machine concepts are created in-house rather than copied.
2014
Zhejiang Mingli Machinery Technology
Renaming and expansion of production, specialising in bag-in-box and industrial liners.
2023
The Delipu brand
Repositioning for the world market under the Delipu brand and building international sales structures.
2025
New smart factory
Commissioning of a new plant in the Tongxiang Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing.
