DLP-1300: 3D liners for IBC containers and folding boxes

The DLP-1300 IBC liner machine produces three-dimensional liners for IBC containers, drums and folding boxes. Every liner gets a top filling valve and a bottom discharge valve. Computer vision inspection checks valve seating and seals during the running process.

What defines this machine

True 3D geometry

The liner is made as a three-dimensional body, not a flat bag. It lies against the container wall without folds during filling, which is decisive for complete discharge and accurate residual measurement.

Two valves, two functions

Top valve for filling, bottom valve for discharge through the IBC outlet tap. Both are positioned and sealed in the machine.

Computer vision inspection

Cameras check valve position and seam pattern on every liner. With liquids at cubic-metre scale a leak is expensive. Inline inspection catches faults before the liner leaves the plant.

Aseptic variants possible

Barrier films and matching valve types can be processed for sensitive liquids. The specific structure is specified per product.

Frequently asked questions

What is an IBC liner?

An IBC liner is an inner bag for intermediate bulk containers, the familiar 1,000-litre cubes in a steel cage. It separates the product from the container, removes the need for intensive cleaning and allows container reuse without cross-contamination.

Why a 3D liner instead of a flat bag?

A flat bag creases inside a rectangular container. Residues remain in those folds and discharge is incomplete. A 3D liner mirrors the container shape and lies flat against the wall.

Is the liner filled as well?

No. The DLP-1300 produces the finished liner with sealed-in valves. Filling takes place at the packer through the top valve.

Rather buy it finished?

What this machine produces, we also supply finished from the plant. As long as volume and format count stay manageable, that is the cheaper route.
