A container liner is a large bag pulled into a standard sea container. Bulk material is then loaded loose instead of in sacks, saving sack material, palletising and handling while increasing payload per container.

One valve on top for filling through the container roof, one at the end wall for discharge at the container door. The liner stays closed throughout transport.

Fully automatic cycle

From film draw-off to finished liner the process runs without operator intervention. With liner lengths in the tens of metres, manual handling is barely controllable anyway.

Two valves for filling and discharge

Separate valves for filling through the container roof and discharge at the container door. The liner never has to be opened to empty it.

3D shape for the container cross-section

The liner mirrors the container interior and uses the volume instead of collapsing on the floor, increasing payload per container.

2500 frame size for maximum width

The large working width allows liner widths covering the full container cross-section, with no longitudinal seam in the floor zone.
