DLP-600 BIB: bag-in-box machine up to 25 litres

The DLP-600 BIB is a fully automatic bag-making machine for bag-in-box pouches up to 25 litres. It produces 4-side-seal bags with an inserted valve directly from the film reel. As the simplified version of the BIB range it delivers the fastest single-bag cycle of all BIB models.

What defines this machine

Fastest cycle in the BIB range

The deliberately simplified single-lane design reduces moving mass. For single bags up to 25 litres the DLP-600 BIB achieves the shortest cycle times of all BIB models.

Integrated valve insertion

The valve is fed, positioned and sealed in the same machine. This removes a separate process step and with it one source of error in the production chain.

Mono-material capable

Pulse sealing heats to 150 °C and actively cools to 60 °C. This narrow process window makes pure PE mono-material processable, which is the prerequisite for recyclable BIB packaging.

Recipe-based changeover

Formats are stored as recipes and recalled with one key. Up to 10,000 recipes can be held, largely eliminating set-up work after a product change.
