Can the machine also produce without a zipper?

Yes. Zipper application can be switched off. Without it the machine produces plain stand-up pouches or 3-side-seal bags.

Does the machine process recyclable mono-films?

This configuration belongs to the classic line and is designed for laminates. For mono-material PE we recommend the Intelligent line models with pulse sealing.

Are the bags filled as well?

No. The DLP-600 produces empty, converted bags. Filling and closing take place on a downstream filling line.

The DLP-600 in stand-up/zipper configuration is a bag-making machine for doypacks and stand-up pouches. It produces 3-side-seal bags with a sealed bottom gusset and optionally applies a resealable zipper, all from the laminate reel in a single pass.

Gusset and zipper in one pass

Bottom folding, gusset sealing and zipper application run inline. The usual second operation for the zipper is eliminated.
