What defines this machine

Embossing for interlayer friction

The embossed surface increases friction between film layers. During sloshing in transit the layers shift less, reducing shear load on the seams.

Two valves

Separate connections for filling and discharge. The flexitank is filled through the upper port and fully drained through the lower one.

The largest frame in the series delivers the web widths flexitank formats require, without extra longitudinal seams in the loaded area.

Seam quality as the critical feature

A flexitank carries tens of tonnes of liquid in service. Pulse sealing with a defined temperature profile produces reproducible seams instead of fluctuating seal quality.
