DLP-1300 BIB: bag-in-box machine (flagship)

The DLP-1300 BIB is the flagship bag-in-box bag-making machine from Delipu. It produces 4-side-seal pouches with a sealed-in valve or spout from the film reel and processes every heat-sealable material, from aluminium laminate to recyclable PE mono-material.

What defines this machine

Valve and spout on one machine

Both closure systems run without conversion. Switching between valve and spout production is handled by recipe management rather than a tooling change.

Servo active unwind per reel

Each film reel has its own servo drive. Ultrasonic reel-diameter measurement and absolute encoders keep web tension constant across the whole reel, which is decisive for dimensionally stable seals on thin mono-films.

Pulse sealing without pre-heating

Sealing bars heat to 150 °C in 0.85 s and cool to 60 °C in 1 s. Without continuous heating there is no warm-up time at start-up, and heat-sensitive mono-films are not overheated.

iPad split-screen operation

The Panasonic GM1 control is operated through a split tablet interface: process view on the left, parameter set on the right. Setters see cause and effect at the same time.

Mono-material as standard

Pure PE is not a special case on this machine but a regular operating point, enabling BIB packaging that can be recycled as a single-polymer PE stream.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a valve and a spout?

A valve is a flat closure pierced by the filling line that closes automatically. A spout is a protruding fitment with a screw cap for the end consumer. The DLP-1300 BIB handles both without machine conversion.

Is the machine suitable for recyclable packaging?

Yes. It processes pure PE mono-material. A mono-PE BIB pouch can be fed into the PE recycling stream provided the valve or spout is also PE-based.

Which bag sizes are possible?

Achievable bag dimensions depend on tooling and film width. We confirm the exact limits for your application with the factory as part of your enquiry.

How does it differ from the DLP-1600 BIB?

The DLP-1600 BIB is built for large volumes and parallel operation: four 10-litre bags at once, horizontally up to 220 litres. The DLP-1300 BIB is the more universal machine for the mid-volume segment.

Rather buy it finished?

What this machine produces, we also supply finished from the plant. As long as volume and format count stay manageable, that is the cheaper route.
