Delipu Europe supplies 13 packaging items from its own production: industrial liners such as FIBC liners, container liners and flexitanks, food pouches such as bag-in-box and stand-up pouches, plus film on the reel. All are produced in Zhejiang on DLP series machines.

Produce in-house or buy in?
Sooner or later this question reaches everyone who needs bags in series. Buying in ties up no capital and works as long as volume and the number of formats stay manageable. An own machine pays off from a stable annual volume in the millions, across several formats, and wherever short response times matter. We supply both, so we have no reason to sell you the more expensive option.

Frequently asked questions
Do you produce the packaging yourselves?
- Yes, in our own plant in Zhejiang on DLP series machines. We are a machine builder and a packaging supplier in one. Sealing parameters for your material are therefore derived from the machine specification rather than found by trial.
What is your minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the item, format and material, because every order means setting up the machine. Tell us the format and annual volume and we will state the price break and minimum quantity.
When is an own machine the better option?
- From a stable annual volume in the millions, across several formats, and wherever short response times matter. We supply both and work the comparison through with your figures.
Is recyclable packaging available?
- Yes, in PE mono-material. Zipper, valve and spout must also be PE-based, otherwise the single-polymer structure is lost. Aluminium laminates are not recyclable as a single polymer, and we say so before the order.
Who is the contact in Europe?
- Delipu Europe handles specification, sourcing and processing for the European market. Production runs in the Zhejiang plant; discussions take place in German or English.
