DLP-1600 BIB: large bag-in-box up to 220 litres
The DLP-1600 BIB is the large-format bag-in-box machine of the series. At 1,650 mm machine width it produces four 10-litre bags in parallel, or horizontally bags of up to 220 litres. CCD vision-assisted capping and thermographic seal inspection are available as options.

What defines this machine
Four lanes in parallel
For 10-litre bags four lanes run at once. Output quadruples against single-lane production without installing and staffing four machines.
Horizontal mode up to 220 litres
For large containers the machine switches to horizontal production, so one line covers both food-service packs and industrial large-format bags.
CCD vision capping (option)
A camera checks the seat and orientation of every closure before capping. Misaligned spouts are rejected before they reach the carton.
Thermographic inspection (option)
A thermal camera records the temperature profile of every seal. Cold spots, the classic cause of leaks in large containers, are detected immediately and the bag rejected.

Frequently asked questions
What does the model number 1600 refer to?
- The figure presumably reflects the working width. The manufacturer states a machine width of 1,650 mm for this model. An official confirmation that model number equals working width is not available.
Can the machine switch between parallel and horizontal mode?
- Yes, it is designed for both. The switch is a format change recalled from recipe management.
Can the inspection options be retrofitted?
- CCD vision capping and thermographic inspection are configured at the factory. Whether retrofitting an already delivered machine is possible is clarified case by case.
How much floor space is required?
- Machine width is 1,650 mm. Overall length, height and required operating areas depend on configuration and are supplied as a layout drawing with the quotation.
Rather buy it finished?
What this machine produces, we also supply finished from the plant. As long as volume and format count stay manageable, that is the cheaper route.
