DLP-2500: FIBC bulk-box flat liners

The DLP-2500 produces flat liners for FIBC bulk boxes with two valves. Sensors adjust bag length automatically during production so that film-web tolerances do not accumulate in the liner length, which is decisive for liners several metres long.

What defines this machine

Automatic bag-length adjustment

Sensors track actual web position and correct cut length continuously. On liners metres long, small deviations otherwise add up into scrap.

Two valves in flat format

Filling and discharge valves are positioned and sealed accurately even in a flat liner, despite the large web width.

Flat liner instead of 3D liner

For bulk boxes with a defined internal contour a flat liner is sufficient. It uses less material, costs less and is produced faster than a 3D liner.

Large working width

The 2500 frame allows liner widths covering the full bulk-box cross-section without an extra longitudinal seam in the floor area.

Frequently asked questions

When is a flat liner enough and when is a 3D liner needed?

A flat liner suffices for containers with a clear internal contour and free-flowing bulk. A 3D liner makes sense when residual discharge and freedom from folds are critical, for instance with liquids or high-value powders.

What does automatic length adjustment achieve?

It keeps liner length within tolerance even when web running varies. Without that correction small deviations add up over the bag length and cause scrap.

Are antistatic versions possible?

Yes, with suitable film types. For dust-explosion-prone bulk goods, dissipative properties must be separately verified via the film supplier.

Rather buy it finished?

What this machine produces, we also supply finished from the plant. As long as volume and format count stay manageable, that is the cheaper route.
