Bag-making machines for industrial packaging
For industrial packaging the DLP series offers nine machines: FIBC and IBC liners, sea container liners, flexitanks for liquid transport, FIBC flat liners, container dunnage bags, vacuum compression bags and a dedicated sealing machine for large formats.
Industrial bulk packaging rarely fails on the concept, it fails on the seam. A flexitank carries twenty tonnes, a container liner is moved for weeks, a dunnage bag stays under pressure throughout. These nine machines are built for exactly those loads.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a flexitank and a container liner?
- A flexitank transports liquids in a 20 ft container, a container liner transports bulk solids. Both are installed in the same standard container but differ fundamentally in geometry, film thickness and valve technology.
When is a 3D liner needed instead of a flat liner?
- A 3D liner lies against the container wall without folds and enables complete residual discharge, which is decisive for liquids and high-value powders. For free-flowing bulk in containers with a clear internal contour a flat liner is sufficient.
Can antistatic films be processed?
- Yes with suitable film types. For dust-explosion-prone bulk goods, dissipative properties must be separately verified through the film supplier.
