Bag-making machines for food

For food packaging the DLP series comprises seven bag-making machines: three bag-in-box models for liquids from 25 to 220 litres plus four DLP-600 configurations for stand-up pouches, 4-side-seal bags, beverage pouches with valve and embossed vacuum bags.

Whether fruit juice in bag-in-box, coffee in a doypack or cheese in a vacuum bag: the machine has to match the bag format, not the other way round. These seven models cover the common food formats. Three of them process recyclable PE mono-material.

Frequently asked questions

Which bag-making machine suits my product?

The decisive factors are the product, the bag format and the shelf-life requirement. Large volumes of liquid lead to bag-in-box, retail dry goods to stand-up pouches, sensitive fresh produce to vacuum bags. Describe your application and we will recommend the right model.

Are the machines suitable for recyclable packaging?

The Intelligent line models process pure PE mono-material and thus enable single-polymer recyclable bags. The classic line models are designed for laminates.

Do these machines also fill the bags?

No. All DLP series machines are bag makers: they convert empty bags from the film reel. Filling takes place on a separate filling line.
