Food

Whether fruit juice in bag-in-box, coffee in a doypack or cheese in a vacuum bag: the machine has to match the bag format, not the other way round. These seven models cover the common food formats. Three of them process recyclable PE mono-material.

Industrial packaging

Industrial bulk packaging rarely fails on the concept, it fails on the seam. A flexitank carries twenty tonnes, a container liner is moved for weeks, a dunnage bag stays under pressure throughout. These nine machines are built for exactly those loads.

Medical

In sterile barrier systems the seal is not a quality attribute but a safety-relevant component. Both machines are designed to keep process parameters reproducible, the prerequisite for validation to ISO 11607.

Why these machines

Mono-material instead of laminate

Pulse sealing with a 150 °C heating phase and active cooling to 60 °C makes pure PE processable. That is the technical prerequisite for single-polymer recyclable packaging, not just a sales claim.

Changeover as a recipe

Up to 10,000 formats are stored as data sets and recalled at the press of a key. Servo axes travel to the positions themselves. Set-up drops from hours to minutes.

Seal quality is measurable

Servo active unwind per reel keeps web tension constant across the whole reel. Optional computer vision and thermography inspect every seal during production.

Two technology lines, one difference that counts

The Intelligent line uses servo active unwind, pulse sealing and recipe-based changeover and processes recyclable PE mono-material. The classic line relies on proven stepper technology with magnetic powder brake for laminates. Your material decides which line fits.

From the Zhejiang plant to Europe

The machines are built at Zhejiang Delipu Intelligent Manufacturing, founded in 2002 as a packaging machinery factory, with in-house development since 2005 and a new smart factory since 2025. Delipu Europe handles specification, acceptance, commissioning and service for the European market.

Frequently asked questions

Do these machines also fill the bags?

No. All DLP series models are bag-making machines: they convert empty bags from the film reel, including valves, spouts or zippers. Filling is handled by a separate filling line.

Do you sell only machines, or finished packaging too?

Both. Alongside the 18 DLP series machines we supply 13 packaging items from the same production: industrial liners, food pouches and film on the reel. Which route is cheaper depends on annual volume and format count. We work the comparison through with your figures.

Which machine suits my product?

The decisive factors are the product, bag format, material structure and annual volume. Large liquid volumes lead to bag-in-box or flexitank, retail dry goods to stand-up pouches, bulk solids to FIBC or container liners. Describe your application and we will recommend the model.

Is recyclable packaging possible?

Yes, with the Intelligent line models. They process pure PE mono-material that can be recycled as a PE stream, provided elements such as valve or spout are also PE-based.

How does an enquiry work?

You describe product, bag format and volume. We align the specification with the factory and supply a model recommendation, full data sheet, layout drawing and price range.

Is CE conformity available for EU operation?

Evidence is provided per machine for the specific configuration and forms part of the delivery. The corresponding documents are presented with the quotation.
