Bag-in-box pouches are inner liners for liquids shipped inside a carton, drum or cage pallet. Delipu Europe supplies them up to 220 litres, either as 4-side-seal pouches with a sealed-in valve or with a spout, in recyclable PE mono-material on request.

What matters here

The valve comes from the same machine

Feeding, positioning and sealing the valve happen in one pass. There is no second operation and therefore no second source of error at the most critical point of the pouch.

Mono-material is available, not just announced

The Intelligent line pulse seal runs a 150 °C heating phase with active cooling to 60 °C. That narrow process window makes pure PE processable. If valve and spout are also PE-based, the pouch is recyclable as a single polymer.

The seam comes from the house that builds the machine

Delipu is a machine builder before it is a packaging supplier. Sealing parameters for your material are derived from the machine specification rather than found by trial.

The format stays reproducible

Every format is stored as a recipe in the machine. A repeat order two years later runs with the same positions and the same sealing curve as the first delivery.
