DLP-1300 Container-Staupolster
The DLP-1300 dunnage machine produces flat bags with valve that serve as air bags for cargo securing. These dunnage bags are placed between load units in a container and inflated with compressed air, preventing the cargo from shifting in transit.
The valve must inflate quickly, hold under sustained pressure and vent in a controlled way during unloading. It is positioned and sealed on the same machine.
A dunnage bag is under internal pressure for the whole journey and additionally loaded by acceleration forces. Pulse sealing delivers reproducible seam strength for that duty.
Dunnage bags are selected by the gap to be filled. Recipe management allows several formats without conversion.
Dunnage bags are consumables in large quantities. The 1300 frame with fully automatic cycle is built for series production.

What this machine produces, we also supply finished from the plant. As long as volume and format count stay manageable, that is the cheaper route.
