Container dunnage bags
Dunnage bags fill the voids between load units and stop the cargo from shifting. They are inflated after loading and absorb impact energy. Delipu Europe produces them on the DLP-1300 container dunnage bag machine in several sizes and pressure ratings.

What matters here
Permanently under pressure
A dunnage bag holds internal pressure for the entire journey and must not lose it. The seam is designed for that sustained load, not for the test pressure during inflation.
The valve decides the loading time
A quick-fill valve reduces inflation to seconds. With several bags per load unit that adds up to real working time at every loading bay.
The size follows the void
A bag that is too small migrates, one that is too large is damaged during inflation. The size is derived from your load pattern rather than picked from a standard list.
Made where the machine is built
Bags and production machine come from the same plant. If a batch ever looks odd, the process can be traced back to the sealing parameters.

How often can a dunnage bag be used?
- The standard version is single-use. Reusable types with a reinforced valve exist. Whether they pay off depends solely on whether the empties reliably come back.
Which size do I need?
- The size follows from void width and cargo weight. Describe your load pattern and we derive size and pressure rating from it.
Does a dunnage bag replace load securing?
- No, it supplements it. Dunnage bags fill voids and prevent shifting, but they replace neither lashing equipment nor a securing plan under the applicable rules.
