FIBC liners: 3D liners and flat liners for big bags

FIBC liners are inner bags for big bags. The 3D liner lies against the wall without folds and allows complete residual discharge; the flat liner is the leaner solution for free-flowing bulk. Delipu Europe produces both designs on the DLP-1300DD and the DLP-2500 in its own plant.

What matters here

The 3D liner discharges completely

Four corner seams shape the liner into a cuboid. It lies against the wall without the folds that otherwise trap product. With high-value powders that pays for itself on the first batch.

Seam strength is designed, not estimated

A filled big bag rests on the seam throughout the transport chain. Sealing parameters follow from film thickness and fill weight instead of being set to a rule of thumb.

Spouts on the same pass

Inlet and outlet spouts are placed inside the machine. That keeps their position reproducible and removes a downstream operation with its own defect rate.

Antistatic only with evidence

For dust-explosion-prone bulk goods, dissipative properties must be evidenced through the film supplier. We supply the corresponding grades and include the evidence rather than asserting suitability.

Frequently asked questions

When do I need a 3D liner instead of a flat liner?

As soon as residual discharge, product value or contamination risk matter. A flat liner settles into folds that retain product. For free-flowing, low-value bulk the flat liner is the more economical choice.

Do you supply the big bag itself?

No, we supply the liner. The FIBC fabric is sourced separately. We match the liner dimensions to the big bag you already use so it neither stretches nor wrinkles.

Is food contact possible?

Yes, with correspondingly certified film. The declaration of conformity under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 comes from the film supplier and is included with the delivery.

Rather produce it yourself?

This item is produced in the plant on the machines below. From a stable annual volume, in-house production often pays off — and we supply both.
