What matters here
Volume is a cost factor
Bedding and cushioning material cost space in transport, not weight. Cutting the volume by two thirds changes the freight and storage calculation, not just the look on the shelf.
Valve and zipper have to seal together
The bag only holds vacuum if both are tight at once. Both are placed inside the same machine, which keeps their position constant across the whole batch.
The seam is under sustained tension
After extraction, ambient pressure pulls permanently on every seam, often for months in storage. Sealing parameters are designed for that state.
Retail-ready conversion
Hanger, euro hole and printed back panel can be produced on the same pass. A downstream conversion step is not needed.

Frequently asked questions
How far can the volume be reduced?
- That depends on the product. Bedding and loose textiles compress a great deal, densely packed goods hardly at all. We only quote a reliable figure after a sample trial with your product.
Does the vacuum hold over the storage period?
- With an intact valve and a properly closed zipper, yes. Sharp-edged contents that perforate the film are the critical case, which is what the reinforced version is for.
Is there a recyclable variant?
- In PE mono-material yes, provided the zipper is also PE-based. The common PA/PE combination is not recyclable as a single polymer.
